The technical support works very poorly. At first, I unsuccessfully tried to reach them through the online chat. Then I wrote in ICQ. When the operator heard a complicated question, they stopped responding altogether. Very strange. I decided not to risk my money...

I tried to obtain a personal certificate from them, they dragged their feet and kept feeding me promises, but I never received it. I do not recommend them as a registrar.
