I recommend Nethouse – nethouse.ru! I tried several different website builders, but ultimately settled on this one. It's simple – for those who know nothing about website construction. It's fast – no unnecessary movements: you register, set it up, fill it in – and you're off! It's free – all the necessary functionality is available for free, with no mandatory payments. Plus, it has a nice design, good search engine indexing, convenience, and responsive support.
