We have been using the service - Events - for a long time. It doesn't work as quickly as we would like, but overall it's acceptable. The pricing conditions are good. The service supports self-employed individuals and issues receipts independently. There is technical support, but they don't respond very quickly if you don't have a personal manager. If you have a question about a missing integration, you won't get a complete answer on how to do it yourself. The interface looks nice and is pleasant for both users and in the admin panel. Everything is easy and clear to set up. However, there are some shortcomings in the details that can lead to problems, for example, if you export customers and there are returns among them. I plan to use it in new projects.
