For me, it's more important that the site works well. In any case, you don't pay the same amount on the builder as you would to a programmer. By the way, templates are easy to change, and you don't need to ask anyone to make changes.
I also like that the builder is constantly evolving. New applications are being added. I connected an online consultant to my site so easily, I didn't even think it would be that simple. I also made some modifications, and now the products are beautifully displayed by their parameters.
You can't please everyone, but I would add guest registration for the site; then the builder would be unbeatable! I've already recommended it to all my friends.
