I have contacted Mpstats support several times, and they respond quickly and effectively. Overall, I like the service: there is the ability to track competitors, inventory, and dynamics, and the repricer works reliably. It would be nice to have more training videos within the service, as sometimes I had to spend a long time searching for information in the knowledge base, but this is not a critical issue; the functions are generally clear.
