The data in Mpstats may not always be accurate, but overall it's a convenient service. I regularly use niche analysis and review competitor listings. The analytics for WB and Ozon are also useful to me, and the support from the manager has been excellent — I had questions a few times, and I received quick answers. My colleagues and I arranged official access and distributed additional features among ourselves. If discounts become available, I will extend my access.

I received a call from this company. When I said, "It's not relevant for me right now, but I will...", the manager just hung up. How can they treat customers like this? I hope the management, who truly cares about the company's reputation, will read my review and take action. They called me, and after this conversation, I felt uncomfortable. Ugh. Although I really need such a service, it will be a bit later. It seems I'll have to look for other options. If this is how they treat customers at the first contact, it's hard to imagine how issues will be resolved within the service.
