The service is not mandatory for the info business, but it significantly simplifies work and solves many tasks. In theory, you can create a website using a builder, connect a payment script, and start accepting payments. However, Monacl has built-in solutions specifically for the info business, such as course materials, homework assignments, and reviews. There is also functionality for webinars and conferences, although that's not quite for me. Additionally, you can create a landing page and conduct email campaigns right here. There's no need to be a legal entity, and money is easily withdrawn through Yandex Money. I also didn't skimp and connected a contact center, which really helps increase sales, so the expenses are justified. For promoting courses, you can use an affiliate program; I give a percentage of the course, but there's also an option with a fixed fee. Overall, it's easy to see that Monacl truly eliminates all the problems associated with selling courses. No third-party connections are needed; all solutions are already available — you just choose what you need, set it up, and sell. Money is withdrawn to Yandex Money quickly. The only losses are the service fee percentage (not a subscription fee, but rather a share of sales — if there are no sales, you pay nothing), the payment system commission, and withdrawal fees. And also the affiliate program if there were purchases through it.

Since 2018, I have been selling my courses through Monecle and I generally have a positive view of the platform. However, it is not without its drawbacks, and some changes have not been for the better. At the beginning, the commission was only 5% of sales, and withdrawing funds to Yandex was free. Since 2019, a fee of 50 rubles plus 2% has been introduced. The conditions are similar for card payments. The payout occurs within two business days, but in practice, the funds arrive much faster, usually within a day. I haven't noticed any other downsides. The platform does not require the integration of payment systems, and buyers have many payment options from different countries. Money first goes into the system, is credited to my balance, after which the commission is deducted, and I withdraw it to my wallet. As I mentioned, the only commission is 5%, but there are also fees from the payment systems (the seller's commission, i.e., for me). If a call center is connected, the commission is 13%. There is also a minimum amount, around 100 rubles, which makes connecting it unprofitable for courses costing less than 1,000. My courses are inexpensive, so I opted out of this service. The call center is mainly useful for calling unpaid orders to encourage customers to pay. In my opinion, the return on this is minimal. Buyers can create personal accounts where they gain access to the courses. Setting up and launching sales is easy, and no special skills are required.

For me, the main advantage is the absence of fees. You just need to pay a 5% commission on sales! This is a great option for beginners. At first, it was a bit difficult to figure out how to link my course to the product to start selling. But there are tutorial videos on YouTube. I watched one and did everything. In the end, it turned out that there was nothing complicated about it. I recommend it!

I decided to abandon this service and did not complete the registration because it seemed completely inadequate to me. The affiliate program is too complicated for participants: I don't understand why you need to register to view the terms, it seems absurd. Additionally, all the emails that come to users and my students are filled with their advertisements, and there's no way to remove them. The verification process is also puzzling, as they don't explain it, and I got the feeling that this information could be sold on the black market, since there is a strange clause 3.3.2 in the user agreement that allows the transfer of personal data for some service (unclear what and for what purpose). All these issues made me decide against using the service. I understand that they clean up reviews, but I believe it’s worth speaking more about it as unreliable. Although many criticize ***f, they don’t have such problems, and that’s why they are growing, unlike this service, which requires personal data for every action, and withdrawing funds isn’t very beneficial.

For the first time, I decided to withdraw money; fortunately, the amount was small, but the process dragged on for 4 days. In the end, the funds just disappeared! A completely unfamiliar card was discovered, the number of which was entered through my account, and I have access to my computer at home, only I can use it. It's a very unpleasant situation. I could believe that your platform was hacked, but no one answers the phone calls, and the operators in the chat also do not respond.

This service has no right to operate in Russia. It violates the "On Personal Data" law, as the servers collecting personal data of Russians are located in Brazil. This is a violation of paragraph 5 of article 18 of Federal Law 152. If a complaint is filed with the RKN, the site will be blocked along with all your courses, and don't expect to get your money back from the Kazakh owners, even though a non-existent Russian LLC with a charter capital of 10,000 rubles is mentioned in the footer of the site. I am currently writing a book titled "How to Deal with Spammers" and am looking for a platform to host video courses on it. After analyzing this company, I was horrified. In my book, I describe similar violations on spammer websites to combat them not only through the FAS. If this site has deceived you, contact me as the author; I am available on social media. I will help organize a "festival" for them and provide templates for complaints.

I really like this platform. I started using it a few months ago, and now all my courses are uploaded here. On the platform, you can create sections and lessons, upload various media files, and add assignments and tests. Students can pay for courses in many ways: cards, Yoomoney, Qiwi, and even cryptocurrency. It's convenient that you can set up different subscription options. For example, a standard subscription (where the student pays the same amount every month), a subscription with a trial period (the first payment can be lower or even free in the first month), or a subscription with a higher initial payment (the amount is higher in the first month, then lower – this motivates long-term cooperation). The money earned from course sales can be withdrawn to a settlement account within a day. There are also options for regular users – to a card or Qiwi. There is no fee for using the service. Payment is only made from sales turnover, meaning if there are no sales, you don't have to pay. The commission is quite acceptable, so this scheme is very beneficial in the initial stage.

Support works very slowly and does not resolve issues, responding with generic phrases. As for payment for the courses, there are often technical glitches that prevent users from making payments. As a result, a person who wants to buy a course faces difficulties with payment and turns to the school's support. For example, I wrote to Monecle's support and waited up to two hours for a consultant to respond, which only led to new questions that again took a long time to get answers for. This definitely negatively affects the school's reputation and its income. Interestingly, when I expressed my dissatisfaction in the chat, instead of an adequate response and changes in their operations, they decided to freeze all products and even the balance for withdrawals. We are preparing a lawsuit with a lawyer. I do not recommend this service. I have seen many negative reviews about them on Telegram, and despite that, I still signed up and now regret it.

The service seemed extremely strange and confusing. The advertisement claims you can earn 10,000 rubles with an automated system. However, if you can't set it up, they won't refund your payment. Negative reviews are deleted, and the setup is very complicated. I do not recommend this site to anyone. There are scammers working here. I tried to request a refund, but they refused and even blocked my account. They do not have a license to operate.
