The free plan is a great option for companies with a small subscriber base. Up to 1,000 subscribers is significantly more than many competitors offer. You can send up to 50,000 emails per month, and you also get 10 MB of file storage on the server as a bonus. We used MassDelivery for clients of a fabric and haberdashery store in our city and were pleased with the results, after which we switched to a paid plan. Among the available features, I particularly liked the template catalog, the ability to personalize emails (which is essential in email marketing), list segmentation, and the subscription form generator. It's a pity that the service team seems to have forgotten about their "Newsletter Catalog" and doesn't update it. It would be great to have the option to subscribe to other newsletters created through MassDelivery to gather some ideas.
