For me, the main advantages are the convenience of working and the wide reach. The platform gathers almost all job sites in one place. Additionally, you can post ads in thematic groups on VK, such as "Jobs in Moscow," as well as on Telegram. All sites are accessible from a single interface – you can publish vacancies, make changes, receive responses and resumes, as well as filter out unsuitable options, and so on. The personal account of the service is pleasant and intuitive. The only downside is that it sometimes lags a bit, but this happens infrequently and is not critical. There are also additional services that we do not use, but they may be useful to others. For example, there is a vacancy rewriting service – they help you create quality text based on market analysis, coordinate placement, and advise on how to increase the number of responses. There is also a resume selection service available.
