On December 19, 2017, I placed an order for the Gorka 3 fleece suit, believing the website's advertisement. On January 6, 2018, I picked it up at the post office with cash on delivery. It seems that the special clothing produced has nothing in common with the Gorka suit. I called the seller with my complaint and received the response, "What did you expect for that price?" My experience was unsuccessful, but it's not a tragedy, of course. Pay attention to reviews and do your research. There are more honest sellers than greedy ones like this.

I'll start from the beginning: At the end of November 2017, a colleague from work ordered a black demi-season suit from there, praising it a lot, saying "it arrived in a week to YNAO," "the price is reasonable." So, I got tempted, shared my phone number, and started waiting. They called back after about 3 hours. Everything seemed fine, but I was a bit suspicious when the seller asked for my full name, address, and everything else; I had to remind him about the size of the suit, and he asked for height and weight instead of size. I thought, okay, he probably knows what he's doing. So I waited for my New Year gift! But as always, our diligent postal service stood out; the package took 18 days to arrive (if you're interested, you can check the tracking number 19112216343470). Upon arrival at the post office, I received a prompt call from the store, and they beautifully explained that my package was at the post office, and I should come and pick it up; the price was as stated on the website, 4590 for the suit plus 400 rubles for postal fees, and they even mentioned gloves and a balaclava as a New Year gift. I happily rushed to the post office, handed over 5000 rubles, and was told to pay an additional 608.61 rubles. I felt awkward in front of the girl, saying I didn't have more cash, didn't expect extra costs; I had money on my card, but the post office doesn't accept cards. In the end, they set my order aside, and I ran to the ATM to withdraw cash. After withdrawing the money, I returned and purchased the suit; just in case, I opened the package at the post office (I filmed the unboxing on my phone). And I was right to do so.
The results:
1. They didn't inform me about the total cost of the product; I had to pay an additional 600 rubles for postal transfer.
2. They sent me the wrong size. My height is 175 cm, but they sent a size 5 suit; I have a friend who is 187 cm tall, and it was too big for him.
3. I won't even mention the gift; it simply isn't there. I understood that they mentioned the gift to get me to rush to the post office and pick up the package since New Year was approaching.
4. There is absolutely no communication with the customer; they just want you to buy. I called the phone several times, and they said the manager would call back. I wrote on their website on VK, and today, January 18, 2018, no one has called me back, and on VK, they even added me to the community's blacklist.
To confirm, I am attaching a photo to prove that I am not a competitor but an ordinary customer, just like you. I hope my letter will do its job, and the store will lose a couple of customers (much more than just me). I wish you successful shopping.
