Application 24216994. My wife purchased tickets, but now we won't be able to attend the event, and she decided to request a refund. The application was submitted a month and a half before the event date. In reality, they are refusing to return our money, and everything stated on the website turned out to be irrelevant (according to the operator). Each time, the operators come up with new reasons why we won't get our money back, which clearly violates the law. It seems they expect people not to go to court, but I plan to do so and will share the process later. I have the impression that they are not actually selling tickets, and it all looks like a scam.
