I bought tickets back in 2020, but the event was canceled, and I still haven't received my money back. No one took responsibility. I requested a refund and submitted applications, but when I called to check when I would get my money back, they told me they had no record of me at all. It’s already 2022, and I still don’t have my money. I do not recommend using this platform.
