I bought tickets for an event. The booking process was very quick. I got sick, my blood pressure shot up to the limit. I decided to return the tickets, but faced difficulties. Either I need a sick note or a confirmation of a relative's death. I just have no words. This is absolute madness! Everything can be returned: train tickets, plane tickets, and items - why should a person have to explain their reasons?! Don't buy tickets on this site.
