An excellent exchange service with responsive technical support. All arising questions are resolved promptly, if possible. I had a case where I waited a long time for a transaction, but the delay was on the blockchain side, as the operation confirmations were not coming through. Sometimes the exchange rate is inflated, possibly due to high demand, I can't say for sure. But seeing such a difference in the rate, I don't want to exchange with them and would rather wait for a decrease or turn to another exchange service.
