The drawbacks I encountered while using the app: - the cash register opening and closing receipts did not display the cashiers' TINs, even though it worked fine in another cash register program. They promised to fix it; it might be related to the operation of the Shtrikh SmartPOS-F cash register; - when the customer had more money than the purchase amount, there was confusion in the receipt. The total amount matched what was received, but the change was indicated, even though it was correct since the customer paid more. It looked one way at the cash register, but everything was calculated correctly in the personal account. - the app lacks analytics; you have to look for it in the personal account. It's unclear why everything can't be combined in one place. - there was a case of duplicate items. I plan to abandon this app and switch to a more serious paid online cash register and accounting system. I'm considering Ecam, as free solutions are certainly good, but I need stable operation without failures.
