I have been using the Retail Cash Register for a year now and I have no complaints. Whenever any issues arose, they were quickly resolved through the sales department and technical support. I am on the paid plan (Cash Register Plus) and I do not regret my choice. For a relatively low price, EGAIS and labeling are available. It's convenient to track analytics in the personal account. They notify me of all updates via email, and I try to stay updated regularly to avoid problems. This really helps.
