We acquired this software without prior testing, as we were looking for something inexpensive with reliable performance, so that the receipts would meet all requirements and the reporting would be compiled and available for viewing. We learned to use it, I can't say it was quick, and we contacted customer support several times. Overall, it works stably now, doesn't freeze, but it's important to regularly update the program and not ignore update prompts.
