My account and hosting with several websites were blocked due to a single complaint about an adult domain. It would be one thing if it were just that one domain, but they even blocked those that have nothing to do with that theme. The blockage happened without any warning via email, even though I receive spam emails about my balance every day. Six years ago, there were people in this company who valued their customers, but now it seems something has changed — either new staff or management. Moreover, the quality of services leaves much to be desired: servers often crash, there are attacks, or the equipment is so old that it breaks down almost every day.
