Today my account and the hosting where several websites were located were blocked due to a single complaint about an adult domain. It would be one thing if it was just that domain, but they blocked everything, even those that have nothing to do with this topic. The blocking happened without any warning via email, even though I received spam emails about my balance every day for a month. Six years ago, there were people in this company who valued their customers, but now it seems everything has changed — a new team or management, or something else. Moreover, the quality of services has worsened, servers often go down, they can be DDoSed, or the equipment is so old that it breaks down almost every day.
