At first, it seems that the hosting program is just excellent: the rates are low, the control panel is user-friendly, and the support is adequate. But that's only at first glance. Everything changes when your websites start going down, and in response to your requests, you only hear "Temporary server issues" or "Diagnostics." This is still bearable until you check the statistics and see that the server uptime averages only 86%. The last straw for me was the financial losses due to advertising projects in Yandex.Direct and Google AdWords, as well as issues with selling links on Sape. And that's just my projects; there are also clients to consider. Additionally, the email was blocked, which is completely unacceptable for my work. The support team simply remained silent about my complaints and closed the dialogue. Suggestions for resolving the issue also went unanswered. In the end, it's not worth looking for easy solutions—it's better to turn to trusted hosts.
