I do not recommend getting involved with this company. Personally, I lost 7000 rubles. I hosted my server in their data center (contract No. Z109670). At first, everything was more or less fine, but in the last few months, the internet speed became terrible: constant drops and complete outages. I wrote to support, but they claimed everything was fine on their end. In the last month, my patience ran out, and I decided to leave. When I requested a refund for the remaining money for the incomplete month (25 days), they said they only refund for a full month and would not give me anything back. I argued that charging for a service that was not provided or was of poor quality is illegal, but they only advised me to go to court. In the end, their internet is very poor, prices are three times higher compared to others, and the managers and management behave rudely and do not want to discuss the problem. Essentially, the customer is not protected here, only obligations, and they can do whatever they want. Infobox is a scam and a rip-off.
