healthjapan.net is an excellent site for ordering medicines and cosmetics from Japan. The company's staff works very efficiently and answers all questions. As soon as I submitted my request, I received all the necessary information about my next steps via email. I made the payment myself using SWIFT through the VTB-online site and received a 10% discount, which was nice. A big thank you to Alexander Kenko for assisting me throughout the purchasing and delivery process; I inquired about the status of my order since the payment coincided with holiday days at the bank, and I always received a quick and clear response. It took 1.5 weeks from ordering to delivery in Chita, which is not bad considering there were 4 days off. The product was excellently packaged. The boxes with the medicine were not damaged, and the expiration dates and seals were fine. I haven't used the cosmetics and medicines yet, but I'm sure I will definitely continue to work with this company. I had doubts about the site since I didn't see any information from other customers, so I decided to write this review.
