When our production began to actively grow due to the increased demand for our products after the departure of imported analogs, we couldn't keep up with this growth. At some point, it became clear that we could no longer rely on intermediaries for delivery and needed to develop our own service. Fortunately, our partners helped us establish logistics, and we only needed to find a quality communication provider that met our specific tasks. We were delighted to discover Exolve. It was especially nice to see that they offer a wide range of services for delivery services. In particular, we were able to automate customer notifications about the status of their orders from start to finish, and we worked on logistics together with MTS specialists, which allowed us to implement quite complex scenarios. We are grateful to the staff for their active involvement! In the end, we connected all services and logistics, almost completely eliminating live managers from the process so they could focus on more important tasks.
