The exchange rate is generally reasonable, and the reserves are also decent. The transfer speed is normal; the automatic transfer really works — the funds from BTC to PM arrived in 9 minutes. However, if there happens to be a delay, it becomes a real problem — I found it difficult to contact customer support. This significantly complicates the process, especially when you need the money urgently. Of course, the staff communicates politely, but why do I have to wait almost half a day?! I recommend improving the responsiveness of the support service.
