The exchange service is really good, and the rates here are quite attractive. However, it's worth noting right away that the choice of exchange directions is very limited - this clearly needs improvement. Why are there no banks and other well-known electronic payment systems? This is a serious drawback that is disappointing. Nevertheless, I exchanged Payeer USD for WMZ - the rate turned out to be quite favorable, and I easily exchanged 600 dollars, which quickly arrived in WM. I use this exchange service exclusively for exchanging Payeer to WMZ, but it would be convenient if I could withdraw funds to Privat24 from Payeer; the lack of banks is a big minus. Sometimes I encounter the problem of small reserves - replenishment should happen faster. Overall, there are no significant drawbacks, and the minor issues are not worth mentioning. The service is reliable, although sometimes I have concerns about exchanging through exchanges, but I have been working with this for over six months.
