I used to frequently use the service to transfer funds from Qiwi to "Yandex." Nowadays, clients no longer refuse to pay directly to "Yandex.Money," which wasn't the case before. Clients would set conditions, such as "payment only to WM" or "payment only to Qiwi." If I was satisfied with the work, I had to agree and receive money in wallets that I didn't really like. I prefer "Yandex.Money," which is why I used ExchangeX.ru. I want to note that transfer services can be deceptive, but I have been working with this service for four years, and it has never let me down. However, I haven't transferred large amounts—at most 10-15 thousand rubles at a time. Everything goes quickly: I enter my "Yandex" wallet number, email, and other details. Then I'm asked to top up my Qiwi wallet from my wallet for the required amount. I quickly make the transfer, and within a few minutes, the money arrives in my "Yandex" wallet minus the commission. I haven't noticed any deception; the commissions are small, but they need to be paid. It seems that Qiwi now has the option for direct transfers to "Yandex.Money," but four years ago, that option definitely didn't exist, and the commissions were comparable.
