The CRM functions are standard, but there are also useful solutions for working with clients, deals, and task distribution. The main feature is the high degree of automation, allowing for the consolidation of certain actions. The system includes guides for filling out fields, which is very helpful for beginners, takes into account clients' time zones, has a convenient block for managing requests, and much more. For its price, this is truly the best system I've ever worked with.
