I am well acquainted with EnvyCRM, as I have worked in two companies where it was used. Both companies were involved in sales, and it is in this area that the CRM system really shines. The functionality is generally standard, but the system stands out due to some interesting features. For example, if I call a client and they don't answer, I press one button, and a task for a callback is automatically created for me after a specified time. When I call again, if the situation repeats, the system creates a new task (for example, a callback, but with a different time interval). In the task list, I can see my work laid out by the hour. The Envy interface is pleasant, the system works quickly, and the settings remain unchanged. Everything functions excellently.
