I want to express my gratitude to the foreman of the Datchnik construction team, Stanislav, as well as his team - Max Soskov, Eduard, and Yuri, and manager Pavel Matskevich, who built my wooden bathhouse measuring 4 by 4 with warm wooden windows in the Leningrad region from May 1 to May 12. The bath turned out like something from a Russian fairy tale, made of timber, and I hope it lasts a long time! I found this company in a rather amusing way in our technological age, by seeing a flyer - and that’s how it all started! I went to the office, had some savings, and treated myself to this construction. I want to highlight the pricing policy of Datchnik - the prices are significantly lower than when working with a separate construction team, and I thought companies would ask for more; the work was completed in full, with a clear understanding of the task. During the construction, foreman Max proved to be a skilled leader and attentive manager, and the builders demonstrated professionalism and an attitude of "building as if for themselves." They worked efficiently and promptly, and you can't argue with the quality of the bath, although the weather conditions occasionally let us down. I was present throughout the entire construction process with the team and learned a lot of new things for myself. The staff at Datchnik are excellent, and the work was done exceptionally well. My close friend and I bought plots of land in the Leningrad region and decided to build. I never regretted for a moment that I turned to a construction company (at my wife's insistence) instead of going to questionable builders, who constantly overcharge and use poor-quality materials, causing the house to fall apart before your eyes (as happened with my aforementioned friend). The construction company Dachnik did a great job, quickly helping us decide on the layout, choose the necessary materials, and patiently working according to our wishes. In the end, we built an excellent frame house, 6 by 6 meters, sturdy, made of good materials, and, so to speak, "for ages," all in line with our "whims." I strongly advise against looking for the cheapest options and resorting to dubious builders; instead, go with a proven company. If you're going to build, build for the long term—don't repeat my friend's mistake with his crumbling house.

We built a house in 2016 with the company Dachnik based on the DM-97 project. It's convenient that the project is standard, and we could see such a house beforehand—there were no issues with that. We visited a completed house and realized that, in terms of space usage and our needs, this was the right choice for us. I’ll share our experience with the operation of our house made of profiled timber for those interested. The material did not disappoint us. In the hot summer, the house was very cozy, and in winter, we didn’t freeze. Naturally, it’s better not to live without a stove and heaters in winter. But for comparison, our neighbors ordered a house from a cheaper company. Their house turns into a greenhouse in summer and loses heat in winter. I recommend sealing the ends and painting the exterior properly (using professionals, not amateurs). The work isn’t cheap, but it’s worth it; the heating costs in such a house are quite reasonable. A big plus for the company is that Dachnik has repairmen who come at the first request. They address all complaints without problems or disputes. After handing over the house, they don’t leave it; specially trained people carry out maintenance. A couple of employees came to us and spent several hours adjusting the jacks and taking measurements to ensure everything was in order. The house turned out beautiful, and its classic design fits perfectly into the surrounding nature. Perhaps it’s just that we enjoy praising our own home, but honestly, it looks excellent compared to some neighboring constructions. The air in the house is fresh. We bought a couple of humidifiers for each floor, so it’s comfortable and not stuffy. Compared to living in an apartment, this is a whole new level of life. Now we try to spend as much time as possible at our year-round dacha. Living in our own house, especially one made of wood, is a true joy.
