For some unknown reason, the VLX deposit has stopped functioning, and the money sent to the exchange has been in limbo for 10 days. Customer support responds vaguely with bots. It is obvious that the "frozen" funds are involved in questionable schemes. No clear answer has been provided regarding the timeline for the return. I no longer plan to use this platform and do not recommend it to others.
