There is no basic indicator that is the MOST IMPORTANT for any entrepreneur — NET PROFIT! Moreover, the technical support is incompetent, claiming that they have this indicator, while they themselves cannot distinguish between GROSS profit and net profit! I have been writing to technical support for two years asking them to add net profit. It's elementary: they just need to subtract expenses and add a new line in the reports. No results. I have been calculating net profit on a calculator myself for two years. What am I paying this service for? It looks like I will have to look for alternatives. I do not recommend this service!
