The program is great for small businesses (1-3 people). At first, I kept records manually on paper, then quickly switched to Excel, and now I use Cloudshop. I don't even consider more complex systems like 1C, as this program is more than enough for my needs. It allows you to record basic operations: purchases, sales, returns, upload inventory, manage incoming and outgoing stock, set discounts, and ultimately get sales statistics in a convenient format. I also print price tags and labels, track clothing by sizes, and manage stock levels, and that's not all the features. As a small bonus, there is a mobile app. Working from a computer is certainly more convenient, but I can also keep an eye on the store's affairs from my phone. The app provides access to basic operations and all the information about the store. The program integrates well with the online cash register, which I did have to install. Cloudshop costs about 6,000 rubles a year. I didn't opt for the more expensive plan since I only have one location and two employees, and I don't need reports sent to my email. I find the price justified; thanks to this program, I have saved a lot of time and stress.
