The service is really excellent; I've been using it for several months. It's convenient to receive all client messages in one place and respond to them right away, which helps avoid losing information and getting confused in different messengers. I also set up a bot. The builder is visual, but I had to put in some effort to get everything set up correctly. The bot is very helpful when I can't respond myself. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I only have one wish – I would like to change the pricing structure. It would be great to pay not just for the connected channel as a whole, but also for messages from clients. I have accounts on Instagram and Facebook where messages come in occasionally, but very rarely. Paying around 3,000 for their connection is too expensive since they are hardly used. I would be willing to connect them for free and only pay for the messages.
