BitBits is actually a pretty good exchange. Mostly, most users buy or sell BTC using a card, and considering the favorable rates, I see no reason to look for other options. The minimum amounts are small, and I've always had enough reserves even for large transactions. However, there are a few points that raise concerns: - A limited number of coins and wallets. Only BTC, LTC, QIWI, and YuMoney — that's not enough; - AML and KYC policies. I'm against such measures, especially in the context of working with cryptocurrency; - The website design. It gives the impression that the exchange was hastily developed. Although the interface is quite simple and intuitive, it doesn't inspire confidence. If I hadn't found it through BestChange, I probably wouldn't have converted currency here; Additionally, I'm not satisfied with the administration's response to user reviews on forums and on BestChange. There's no politeness or customer focus.
