I haven't encountered any problems with the exchange; I completed the identification process and can now exchange without any unnecessary questions. Sometimes I come across negative reviews about BitBits, but in 90% of cases, this is due to user inattention. Some send less BTC than indicated in the request, while others can't wait for confirmations (although this doesn't relate to the exchanger), and so on. It seems that amid the popularity and prices of cryptocurrency, many rush to buy it without understanding how it works. Fortunately for me, all my exchanges go smoothly, and we exchange in the same place.
