After reading the enthusiastic reviews, I bought two coupons (30,000 rubles) for unlimited visits for 6 months to the beauty salons New York Salon and Miami Club, one for myself and one as a gift for my sister. After visiting the salon on Zhukovskogo 30 on September 19, 2014, we were dissatisfied with the service (the staff, upon seeing the coupons, began to treat us like second-class citizens). The salon does not meet hygiene standards (there are dirty mats on the floor in the rooms, and how can they be clean if clients are not provided with shoe covers? Dirty shoes are located by the couch where procedures are performed, and the patient lies on a worn-out "disposable sheet"). When paying for procedures, no receipts are issued, and no service agreement is drawn up. Moreover, when paying for a completed procedure, you are forced to pay the full price for the next procedures scheduled for the following visit (in a week). With these actions, the salon staff violate consumer protection laws. Naturally, we do not intend to visit this dubious establishment again. We contacted the salon regarding a refund, and they sent us to Biglion; we contacted Biglion, and they sent us back to the salon. All calls to Biglion received the same response from all operators: "I do not have that information." No one intends to return the money. We tried to write our review of this salon on the Biglion website, but it was deleted by moderators. Now it’s clear why you will never read an objective review on the site. This store, by not allowing affected people to warn potential clients against visiting dubious places, misleads people. It also provides knowingly false information about the advertiser. We do not recommend purchasing anything from these scammers!!!!
