SCAMMERS!!! The website does not indicate anywhere that the phones are refurbished. Acceptance of the offer is set automatically, meaning it doesn't matter whether you read it or not; after filling in your contact details for a callback and order, you automatically accept all their terms! Where in fine print in section 4, paragraph 4.5 does it say that the product is used? When I placed the order, it was LLC "Flagman," and after three weeks, they were already LLC "Kontur." They do not respond to complaints, and are rude on the phone. Usually, the physical address leads to some kind of warehouse or logistics center. The phone is naturally defective! Although I took it to their service center and the conclusion was: it’s working. The speakers don’t work, the screen is poorly replaced, and the phone has a mind of its own. I hope that buyers will be more vigilant!
