TrendSee is a neural network that scans Instagram and TikTok, collecting trending videos and conducting their analysis. You can search by keywords, competitors, trends, and so on. The report for each video includes not only general data (views, likes, etc.) but also a transcription of the audio track, as well as analysis from the AI. Spying — a selection of accounts, such as competitors, is created, and the AI gathers statistics on their videos. Full information is available for each video: statistics, text from the video (even if it's in another language, there will be a translation), and content analysis. You can also automatically generate a script based on the video (integration with GPT). When using the service, tokens are deducted for each action. For example, when searching for videos, tokens are deducted depending on the number of videos you want to receive (by default, 12). The analysis of each video is also charged separately.

But now they've added a convenient advanced search that always finds fresh content. Plus, you can watch videos directly within the service, which is convenient. The script generation isn't always perfect, but that can be fixed. Overall, there are many updates, and it's clear that the team is actively developing the project and keeping an eye on it.

After canceling my subscription, they asked me to leave a review, but then they didn't respond. The platform is not suitable for my niche; I requested a refund for a payment that was charged just a few minutes ago, but they refused. I didn't use the service for two months, and then I decided to give it another try. But the necessary function for exporting to Excel was missing, and I hardly used it. When I saw the charge on my bank account, I immediately contacted support asking for a refund, but they refused, citing the public offer — saying that refunds are not possible. Formally, they might be correct, but on a human level, it feels very unpleasant. There's zero customer orientation. I do not recommend it.
