This is definitely the worst service quality I have ever encountered! I bought software several times, and each time there were issues that dragged on from 5 to 20 days. Five days is the time the store takes for delivery. The point of online shopping is lost; during that time, I could have gone to a regular store. And when this intermediary company can't provide a license, they just hold onto your money for 10 days. I am very dissatisfied. I do not recommend anyone to deal with this store!
