I have repeatedly encountered the credit cooperative ILMA-credit and have only heard positive reviews about them. But I can only speak for myself: they have really created a competitive environment for banks. On their website, you can immediately apply for a loan with a minimal set of documents, they make decisions remotely, and you come in and get your credit right away; they even have branches in Kondopoga. Well, there is a problem with the offices; they don't even provide internet or offer tea, but at least you don't have to sit around for half a day like in a bank; they get everything done quickly. So far, I like ILMA-credit the most in our city, and you can negotiate for a lower interest rate than at the bank if you argue your case well!
