Be careful, they can link your card to the site and drain your money. If you decide to request a refund, you'll be left with nothing! They are not returning my 800 rubles! I do not recommend dealing with them at all! Moreover, they claim that there was no auto-payment, and then they deduct money and that's it, goodbye. Choose a reliable company to avoid ending up in an unpleasant situation!

Cons
  • Card linked without consent
  • No refunds
  • Auto-payments without notification
  • Unprofessional service
  • Do not recommend this company

The website on uKit was created a long time ago. I have thought several times about switching to another builder, comparing functionality, prices, and so on. However, I really don't want to make the switch. First of all, I am already used to this platform. Secondly, everything has been working steadily for several years. Therefore, I trust this service. The prices are not the most advantageous, especially considering that I have the basic plan (you can't even create an online store with it). By the way, I do not recommend the minimum plan at all; it's useless (the basic plan costs a little more but offers much more functionality). The website looks decent; you can tell it was created with a builder, but that works for me.

Pros
  • Convenient and familiar interface
  • Stable performance over the years
  • Trust in the service
  • Decent website appearance
  • Basic plan offers more functionality
Cons
  • Prices are not the best
  • Minimum plan is useless
  • No online store on basic plan

This is a great tool for those who want to create their own website without spending a lot on development. The builder is quite simple; I figured out all its features in just a couple of days and created a cool website. It still works. I have my own domain, SEO is set up, and there are many quality texts on the site. Because of this, it ranks well in Google and Yandex search results, which helps attract clients to my services. Throughout the entire time, there have been no problems; the site is always accessible, and I regularly update information and process requests. The only downside could be the limited development of the builder, as new features appear quite rarely.

Pros
  • User-friendly
  • Quick site creation
  • Good search rankings
  • Site always accessible
  • Regular updates
Cons
  • Insufficient development of the builder
  • Rarely new features appear

This is a simple and accessible website builder. It is suitable for various types of sites, but it works especially well for creating personal websites, company sites, and similar projects. You shouldn't choose the cheapest plan due to copyright limitations, and there's not much point in the more expensive option (although you can insert your own code and create palettes, which requires certain skills). So it's better to stick with the basic plan or the online store option, depending on your needs. The working principle is similar to other builders: it's easiest to create a site using a template and customize the necessary elements. The result will have a responsive design that looks good on both computers and smartphones. There aren't many internal settings, but there is an option to work with SEO (a wizard is provided that shows the site's readiness for promotion).

Pros
  • Simple and accessible builder
  • Suitable for various types of websites
  • Responsive design for all devices
  • SEO capabilities
  • Good basic plan
Cons
  • Copyright restrictions on cheap plan
  • Few internal settings
  • Expensive plans are unprofitable
  • Skills required for customization
  • Difficulty creating unique designs

I first learned about uKit about five years ago. At that time, it was quite a convenient and decent website builder that allowed you to create a service site with 20-30 pages. I was satisfied with the price-to-quality ratio, and they added important features once a year, while tech support quickly resolved any minor issues that arose. Unfortunately, about three years ago, significant updates stopped, but at least the existing features worked without glitches. About a year ago, the owners apparently decided to completely cut the development and support staff, replacing them either with AI or just dispatchers who don't understand the issues and can't help. Whenever a problem arose, they would respond with something like, "Thank you for reaching out. I have forwarded the information to the developers. We apologize for the inconvenience," and that was it. No bug fixes or even timelines for when the problem would be resolved. On one of the sites, I encountered spam in the forms. At night, bots attacked the site and sent 20-30 requests with the same phone number, bypassing the requirement to fill in other fields. Instead of solving the problem, support suggested, "You can replace all the buttons on the site with a floating 'Feedback' widget. In the settings of this widget, there is a protective Captcha option that should filter out the main flow of bots." So instead of solving the issue, tech support seriously suggested deleting 100+ buttons on a hundred pages and replacing them with one floating phone icon. A strange suggestion, to say the least. On another site, the forms stopped coming. Support sent generic responses like "We are already working on your issue" for five days. In the end, I had to figure it out myself and look for an alternative solution. Overall, what I can say is that over the past three years, uKit has turned from an acceptable builder for small sites into a morally outdated platform without proper tech support. I stopped creating new sites on uKit about three years ago, and after the events of the last few months, I'm seriously considering moving my existing small projects to another engine.

Pros
  • Convenient website builder
  • Good price-quality ratio
  • Fast support in the past
  • Existing features work
  • New features added previously
Cons
  • No significant updates anymore
  • Support issues
  • Ineffective support solutions
  • Spam in forms
  • Morally outdated platform
