I bought the Add2Board program from them, which does not match the description on the website (fewer Ukrainian boards than promised, many boards don't work at all, etc.) + it constantly glitches (freezes, crashes), forcing me to start the mailing from scratch. They refuse to refund my money, and they ignore my tickets.

After purchasing this product, I immediately sent a letter to the seller about the program not working. On February 20, I sent a request to the seller for a refund for the non-working product. The next response from the seller came on March 2, where they asked me to provide a WMR wallet, which I did on the same day. After that, there was no further correspondence, only phone conversations. On March 19, I warned them one last time that they were delaying the payment and being evasive, stating that I expected the funds by the 20th, after which I would report them to all the payment systems they use and was prepared to go as far as legal action. The manager told me (as had been mentioned before) that my issue was directed to a "specialist" (for the umpteenth time) and that they would contact me on the 20th... However, no one called me, and the money was never refunded. A month has passed, and the money has still not been returned. Do not use the services of this company if you do not want to lose your money.

I paid for the add2board program, and a message appeared saying that the key would arrive within a day. It's been more than 2 days now, and I still haven't received the key, and tech support isn't responding. I'll wait a couple more days and then file a complaint.
