However, if you plan to have a long-term relationship with this exchange service, it's better to create an account to receive discounts. The size of the discount depends on the volume of exchanges within the service. To get the maximum discount, you need to exchange $20,000. This makes sense, as the discount is quite significant. For example, for some pairs, the commission is only 1%, which allows you to pay just 0.6% for the exchange—almost half the price. The exchange service does not operate around the clock, which sets it apart from others. In Moscow, it is open from 9 AM to midnight, but it's important to consider the type of exchange: automatic or manual. The automatic exchange occurs without operator involvement, while the manual one will only be completed after the exchange opens in the morning. This creates certain inconveniences, and it’s not always possible to use the exchange for the desired direction. Overall, my opinion of the service remains mixed.
