I exchanged bitcoins at Sberbank here several times and was not completely satisfied. The limits are set quite strangely: the minimum amount is 0.01 BTC, while the maximum is 20,000 rubles. With the current bitcoin rate, 0.01 BTC is far from reaching 20,000, so the actual minimum amount turns out to be significantly higher. I chose this exchanger because of the good rate I found on BestChange. The alternatives are not very attractive, and there are almost no other options. Other exchangers work with at least five banks and multiple payment systems, while here there are only Sber and Privat, and from more or less decent wallets, only Qiwi remains. In the end, this service seems very situational and may only be useful in rare cases; you clearly can't exchange everything here.
