FAQs

Sites.Reviews is a directory of reviews of websites and online services. People share what actually happened: did they get paid, did the order arrive, did support answer. Those reviews help you decide whether to trust a site before you give it your money or your data.

Sign in or create an account, find the site with search and click “Write a review”. Give a rating from 1 to 5, add a title, the text (up to 4000 characters) and the date you used the site. You can attach up to 5 images. One account can leave one review per site.

Yes. Open your review on the site’s page — it has edit and delete buttons. If your experience changed, updating the review is better than writing a new one.

No. The owner can reply publicly and report the review if they believe it breaks the rules. Reports are decided by the Sites.Reviews team, not by the owner.

Click “Add” in the menu and enter the site’s name and address. The address must be a real, existing domain such as example.com. You can review the site right after adding it.

Open your site’s page and click “Claim Business Profile”. Register as an owner and confirm the site is yours. After that you can reply to reviews and edit the description.

Sign in, click the flag icon on the review and give a reason. We check reports and remove reviews that break the rules: abuse, spam, other people’s personal data, paid reviews.

Yes, reading and writing reviews is free. Developers get an open API, and there is a browser extension that shows a site’s rating as soon as you open it.
