We started collaborating with Zvonobot, deposited money into the advertising account, but miscalculated everything and deposited too much. We spent about 10% of what we deposited. We realized that this mechanism of interaction with clients doesn't suit us very well, and discussed with the manager that the unused money could be refunded...
It turned out that no one intends to return the money that is on the balance!!! They suggested we first write a complaint, which would take 30 days to process!!! After 30 days, we received a letter stating that the refund was denied!! We didn't intend to return all the money, just the part we didn't use! That means no service was provided for that money!!! This is the first time I've encountered such an approach. It's clear that the company is not client-oriented. I do not recommend it to anyone!!! There are plenty of other alternatives, use them!
