I have been using the service for about two years now. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of their work. However, there are times when I specify the desired time for task completion, but the deadlines get pushed back, which causes inconvenience. It would be better if the completion time depended on the chosen plan, rather than everyone being set to the minimum plan of 7 days.
