I decided to start collaborating with this service again. I completed several trial projects that they successfully finished. The "Expert" project for 16,000 was ordered on October 14, 2025, and they promised to complete it in 28 days. Today is November 27, 2025, but the project is still not ready, the support service does not respond to emails, and the phone number listed on the website is disconnected. They completed the small projects, the "Trial." But as soon as I ordered the "Expert," they disappeared.
