Complete disappointment! I ordered a thesis from the Zaocnik website because I couldn't finish it myself. Order number 845312. I paid a significant amount upfront, attached all the necessary materials, and hoped that since they had such a good rating and promised that they only had "high-class specialists," everything would be fine. Before payment, they promised that they would correct the work until the defense according to any requirements from the academic supervisor. In the end, they sent me some nonsense that looked like a first-year coursework. There were no preliminary approvals, and they didn’t ask any questions. Naturally, the academic supervisor did not accept the work. Now they don’t want to correct anything or return my money. They kept feeding me promises about some kind of expertise that never happened, and the author just wrote that the work was done well. In response to my complaints, the managers said that a re-expertise was only possible with a review from the supervisor with a stamp. This is just ridiculous and frustrating! Plus, they demanded more money for corrections. In the end, I decided not to waste any more time and ordered from another site, where they actually did everything well. I really regret the money and nerves spent! The positive reviews about them are apparently all bought. Don’t believe them and don’t order from these scammers! It’s better to turn to senior students or to sites where you can communicate with the authors directly. The managers are nice only until payment; after that, rudeness begins, especially from Valeria Danilevich!
