It was not difficult to understand the functionality, and if I had any questions, I reached out to support, and the team responded quickly, helping to resolve the issue. The service has significantly simplified the process of scheduling clients, which was previously handled by a manager, but due to the high volume of clients, it became difficult to manage. Additionally, we implemented SMS notifications before visits, and clients noted that this is very convenient for them.
